The Barcelona Municipal Institute of Housing and Rehabilitation has launched the process to allocate 109 rental parking spaces, located at 55 Cal Cisó Street, in the Sants-Montjuïc district. The spaces are divided into 90 spaces for cars, of which 4 are accessible spaces, and 19 spaces for motorcycles.

During this first application period, only residents of the buildings at 10 Pontils Street, 49 Cal Cisó Street and 57 Cal Cisó Street will be eligible to apply.

Those interested in taking part in the process can submit their application between 21 September and 23 October 2026, both dates inclusive. Applications can be submitted through a general request form on the Barcelona City Council website, or in person at the IMHAB offices, by booking an appointment in advance by calling 010.

The Aparcaquí programme

This initiative is part of the Aparcaquí programme, promoted by IMHAB to make municipally owned parking spaces available for rent.

With this new allocation process, IMHAB is increasing the number of available parking spaces in Sants-Montjuïc and making it easier for local residents to access a parking space close to their home.
